Urbanized Typeface – The bike becomes a pencil

This is the bicycle counterpart to our previous posting of the Toyota iQ car font. In this project Yamaguchi Takahiro from Tokyo used his two wheels and a GPS device to record his traces through the Shibuya district to develop a typeface. I guess this process was a bit more difficult than the camera tracking approach of the carfont. When will we measure font lenghts in miles or kilometers? Documentation video is here.
